One delivery, one collection, and the bike stays with you in between.
Yes, you can hire a bike in London for several days or a week rather than just a single afternoon. The bike is delivered to your hotel, Airbnb or apartment once, stays with you for the length of your booking, and is collected from the same address at the end - with a direct support line the whole time.
A multi-day or weekly hire works the same way as a single-day hire, just longer: we deliver the bike once, fully set up, to your London address, and collect it once, from the same address, at the end of your booking. In between, the bike is yours to use as you like, with a secure lock included and a direct support line if anything needs attention. There's no daily check-in and no return trip to a shop.
Every hire includes a secure D-lock. Most central London hotels, serviced apartments and Airbnbs can accommodate a bike overnight - in the room, a luggage store, or wherever the property has secure space. Check with your hotel or host before you book if you're unsure, or tell us your address and we'll advise.
A direct support line runs for as long as your hire does. A puncture, a mechanical issue, or any other concern partway through a week-long hire is handled the same way it would be on day one - contact us and we'll arrange a repair or a swap.
Changing hotels partway through your stay, or finishing a few days earlier than planned, doesn't need to be complicated. Let us know and we'll rearrange the collection address or date - the same 5-hour minimum notice applies as any booking.
The delivery and collection fee is charged once per booking, not once per day, so it's spread over however many days you hire for. Contact us with your dates for a tailored quote.
A multi-day or weekly hire tends to suit visitors staying in London for the length of a trip who want a bike as part of everyday life rather than a one-off activity - commuting between meetings and sights, riding most days of a week-long holiday, or using London as the starting point for a longer ride out of the city. It also suits anyone who would rather deal with delivery and collection once, not repeatedly.
