This one doesn't: the fleet and guide numbers exist specifically so a corporate away day, a conference group, or a large private party can be handled as easily as a couple, with bikes matched rider by rider and delivered to wherever the group actually is.

One planning conversation

Tell us the group size, the date, where everyone is starting from and roughly how confident they are on a bike. One person on your side deals with one person on ours for the whole booking.

Bikes matched rider by rider

E-bikes for anyone who'd rather have the hills taken care of, hybrids for the rest, children's bikes and child seats where a group includes families. Mixed ability is treated as the norm, not an exception.

Delivery to one address, or staggered across several

A single office or venue gets a single delivery window. A group split across multiple hotels - common for conference delegates or destination events - gets bikes staggered across addresses on the same run, so everyone starts together.

Guides split larger parties into sub-groups

Above a certain size, one guide leading everyone stops working. Larger bookings are split into smaller guided sub-groups by pace and confidence, so a mixed-ability group of 50 rides as several comfortable groups of the right size, not one strung-out line.

Collection, and one invoice

Bikes are collected from the same address (or addresses) at the end of the day. You get a single invoice for the whole booking, whatever the group size or number of delivery points.

You deal with one point of contact throughout. Tell us the group size, the date, and where everyone is starting from, and we plan a delivery window (or a staggered delivery across a schedule for larger numbers), brief the guides on your timings, and bill it all on a single invoice. Bikes are delivered to your office or venue, fully set up, and collected at the end.

The fleet runs to more than 200 bikes with over 25 professional guides behind it, so group size is rarely the constraint - away days, conference groups and large private parties are what the service is built for. Tell us your numbers and date and we'll confirm capacity.

Yes. If a group is staying across several hotels, or an event involves more than one venue, bikes can be delivered to one address or staggered across several on the same run, so everyone starts together regardless of where they're based.

Both are available. Groups can ride independently, or book a private guided tour; for larger numbers, guides split the party into smaller sub-groups matched by pace and confidence, so mixed-ability groups - including anyone who'd rather take an e-bike - are handled as a matter of course.

All bookings need a minimum of 5 hours' notice. For corporate and larger group bookings specifically, 5 to 7 days is ideal, so we can reserve the right mix of bikes and the right number of guides for your date.
